We put a lot of work into making these templates easy to use, highly effective, and instantly impactful for your business. But we also understand you want peace of mind when making a purchase.
If you’ve used our templates in your real landscaping business and feel they didn’t deliver the value you expected, we’ll make it right.
Because our products are digital downloads (which can’t be returned), we have a simple, fair refund process to protect both you and us.
1. Try It Out
Use the templates from your purchase in actual client work by either sending them to clients digitally or printing them for a physical showing.
2. Show Us Proof
If you’re not happy, email us proof you’ve used the templates with at least 2 clients. Proof can be:
- Screenshots of client communication using our templates
- Photos showing printed versions in use
3. Submit Your Request
Send your request to team@premiumlandscaper.com within 14 days of purchase with the subject:Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Order Number]
4. Quick Review & Refund
Once we confirm your proof and receive your signed Non-Usage Agreement (which simply says you’ll delete the files after a refund), we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
- Time Limit: Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Usage Proof: We require proof for at least two clients to ensure they were used adequately.
- After Refund: You’ll no longer be licensed to use the templates.
We’ve built our templates to give you an instant competitive edge in your landscaping business. We’re confident they’ll help you win more work and most landscapers see results the very first time they use them. However, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out.
This policy ensures we can offer refunds fairly, without risking misuse of our digital files.
